- To start and complete this quest, you need to go to Prison Island and talk to the Military Captain.
- When you reach the Prison Island, you will see a Military Captain at the main gate of a prison near the set spawn point NPC.
- You only need to talk to him.
- When you talk to him, he will tell you to kill the Ice Admiral in Frozen Village.
- After that, go to the Frozen Village and go to the back side of the island. There, you will see a secret cave to go inside.
- Once you go inside the cave, you will see a wooden door. Open it with the key that you got from the Military Captain.
- When you get inside the door, you will see the Ice Admiral boss, who you have to kill.
- Once killed, go back to the Military Captain at the prison.
- When you interact with the Military Captain, he will tell you this “I have a captain who can take you there. He will meet you at the Middle Town. Good luck!”.
- After this, you need to go to the Middle Town and find the captain that Military Captain is talking about.
- Once you reach Middle Town, go to the left side from the dockyard and there you will see the Captain. Just talk to him.
