Obtaining True Triple Katana In Blox Fruits
The True Triple Katana is basically a combination of three swords. So to get the True Triple Katana, you need to have three swords — Saddi, Shisui, and Wando.
You can get these three swords from the legendary sword dealer who spawns in a server once every 6 hours.

To know if the Legendary Sword Dealer has spawned, you must speak to the manager in the cafe.
To speak to the manager at the cafe, you must be on the server for at least 10 minutes (If you are still new to the server, the manager will deny your request).
So stare dead into the manager’s eyes until 10 minutes finally go by. When the manager says “Hy I just saw him! He told me he would be in the area for 15 minutes. Good luck!” then it means the sword deal is spawned.
Once spawned, you need to find him in 7 different locations. The first three locations are in the Kingdom of Roze and the fourth location is on green zone island, the fifth location is on a central pillar at Graveyard, and the seventh location is inside the house in the middle at Usoapp’s Island.
The best way to find the Legendary Sword Dealer is by server hopping. Once you have all three swords, you need to train these swords until they reach mastery level 300. Once you get mastery of 300 level for each sword, go to the Green Zone.
After that, go to the highest point of the largest beanstalk in the Green Zone to find the NPC called Mysterious Man.
Once found, Talk to him and he will convert your legendary swords into the true triple katana in 2000000 Beli.
